Building Blocks Software Support

The software support of proLogistik comprises the three modules software maintenance, database maintenance and server maintenance. We can design all maintenance contracts according to your individual requirements and thus offer you customized support. When concluding a software maintenance contract, we take over the support of our delivered system software as well as the associated user software.

Lifecycle Support

For smaller software enhancements in your existing program we are available with our lifecycle support. This allows us to offer you the service of last-minute changes and to maintain a mutual, cooperative partnership.

You can reach our lifecycle support via our service hotline, which connects you with our competent lifecycle team.

We test each warehouse management software ourselves in advance in our in-house warehouse in order to subject all functionalities to a permanent test. In this way, both the technology and the support are sustainably optimized.
